The beach has definitely improved — the sunbeds are soft and comfortable, with thick foam padding. They keep the place clean and the service is fast. But that’s about it. This year, the prices are way too high for what you actually get. A fresh orange juice is €7.50, and a regular frappe is €6. A chicken burger, which is literally just chicken and two buns, costs €10 — it wouldn’t hurt their budget to add some fries and a slice of tomato. There is also a €10 fee for a pair of sunbeds and an umbrella on the back rows. On the first row, there is a minimum consumption of €100, on the second row €80, and on the third row €60. If you sit on the first row by the sea, it’s full of small children and families, so instead of relaxing, you’ll mostly be listening to kids screaming and crying, and getting splashed with water. I would give it an average rating. It’s simply too expensive for what you get, and that’s it. For the same type of beach bar, I recommend Kasta Beach — huge portions and amazing frappe for less money.
Great music Saturday has a dj. Food it’s amazing tasting and very quick. Service its polite and friendly. We will come back again for sure🙌🏼☀️🤸🏻♂️✨❤️
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor organization. Yesterday, I spent the day in the front row area, where the minimum consumption is €100, and the sunbeds cost an additional €10. After having a good spot, I booked the same sunbeds again for the following day. However, when I arrived today, I was told that the sunbeds I had booked were “already taken” — even though they were still standing completely empty. Instead of honoring my booking, I was moved to sunbeds next to people who were putting up their own umbrellas, which completely ruined the comfort and privacy you are paying for in the first place. This is unacceptable, especially considering the prices and the expectations that come with such a venue. A complete lack of professionalism and very poor management. The organization needs serious improvement. A very disappointing experience.
It's located on Ammolofoi Beach, a popular spot in Kavala, where there are many beach bars. They charge €30 per person for a second-row sunbed, plus €10 for an umbrella. The food is affordable and delicious. The pizza dough was very good, but the tomato sauce could have been thicker. They bring a large ice bucket with your drink, which is great. The parking lot is ample and shaded. The sea is child-friendly and clear. The service is excellent; the waiters are constantly on the move and deliver very quickly. I was very pleased. I would recommend it.
I spend half an hour to dispute with the waitress about the bill. He try to charge us 15 euros extra and refuse to give us a total bill. Also he try to charge for one more meal at the beginning. The umbrellas are extra small. Totally not recommend. Edit: I was asked about a tip and I say - yes 5% but “by mistake” it was added as 5 euros.
