These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the boat rental services provided by BoatTrip ("we", "us", or "our"). By renting a boat from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must possess a valid government-issued identification.

2. Reservation & Payment

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Rental rates are based on the duration of the rental, type of boat, and other factors as specified on our website or booking platform.
  • Payment for the rental must be completed before the rental period begins. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, or other methods approved by BoatTrip.

3. Rental Duration

  • The rental duration is specified at the time of booking and must be strictly adhered to.
  • Extensions to the rental period are subject to availability and must be requested before the end of the initial rental period.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the rental date may incur a cancellation fee.
  • In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we may offer a rescheduled rental or issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Boat Usage

  • You agree to use the boat only for lawful recreational purposes. Commercial use, racing, or any other activities not approved by BoatTrip are prohibited.
  • You are responsible for the boat during the rental period. This includes keeping it in a safe and proper condition and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • All boats must remain within the designated rental area unless otherwise approved by BoatTrip.

6. Safety Requirements

  • You agree to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by BoatTrip and local authorities.
  • Life jackets and other safety equipment will be provided.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all passengers are properly equipped with safety gear and follow safety instructions.

7. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the boat or its equipment during the rental period.
  • If the boat is damaged, you may be charged for repair costs or the full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • In case of theft or loss, you must report the incident immediately to BoatTrip and the local authorities.

8. Alcohol and Drugs

  • Alcohol is allowed on the boat in reasonable volumes, in accordance with local laws and regulations. However, the consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • As the boat will be operated by a licensed captain, passengers are not permitted to operate the boat under any circumstances.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoatTrip and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the boat during the rental period.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoatTrip shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from the use of the boat during the rental period.

You acknowledge that boating carries inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the boat.

11. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and will only collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nea Peramos, Greece.

Any disputes that arise shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nea Peramos, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Amendments

BoatTrip reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
